Structural principle
The thin oil station is the heart of the thin oil circulation lubrication system, used to forcibly press lubricating oil to the friction parts of the machine, forming an oil film between the relatively moving machine parts, reducing friction and wear of the parts, while flushing the friction parts and taking away the heat generated by friction, ensuring the normal operation of the machine and extending its service life. The thin oil station consists of three parts: the oil station, the instrument panel, and the electrical control box.
1.There is a backup oil pump to ensure continuous oil supply to lubrication points.
2.Placing the filter before the cooler can improve filtration and passage capacity, making it more suitable for lubricating media with higher viscosity.
3.Double tube filter, can be cleaned and replaced without stopping the filter element.
4.A properly configured oil cooler with good cooling effect, low resistance, and easy maintenance.
5.The oil is equipped with a magnetic mesh filter, which can adsorb and remove iron particles from the oil, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil and improving the service life of lubricating components.
6.There is an instrument panel and an electrical control box, making it easy to observe operating parameters and achieve automatic control and accident alarm.
scope of application
It is mainly suitable for the thin oil circulation lubrication system of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, forging, electricity, light industry, cement, ports, etc. It is usually installed in underground oil depots or pits near the machines.
